As the Registered Manager, you will:

The ideal candidate for the Registered Manager role will have:
  • Proven experience in managing a Nursing Homes or similar setting.
  • Nurse Qualified, is preferred but not at all required. 
  • Strong leadership and management skills.
  • Excellent knowledge of care standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective care plans.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Financial acumen to manage budgets effectively.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and improving residents' quality of life.
