Are you an experienced Registered Manager looking for greater autonomy within a growing community complex care provider?
This is an opportunity to lead and develop high-quality care services supporting adults and children with complex needs in their own homes. The service supports individuals with a range of needs including mental health conditions, learning disabilities, physical disabilities and complex healthcare requirements.
As the Registered Manager, you will take ownership of service delivery, regulatory compliance, quality and operational performance. You will work closely with carers, nurses, families, commissioners, case managers and multidisciplinary professionals while supporting the continued growth of community care packages.

The Role You will have responsibility for the safe, effective and compliant delivery of community-based complex care services while helping the organisation continue to grow.
Key responsibilities include:
• Act as the CQC Registered Manager, maintaining regulatory compliance and driving continuous improvement
• Oversee adult and paediatric complex care packages within the community
• Maintain high standards across care planning, risk assessments, safeguarding and clinical governance
• Lead and support carers, nurses and operational staff delivering care in individuals' homes
• Manage audits, incidents, complaints and quality improvement plans
• Support recruitment, retention, supervision and development of care teams
• Build strong relationships with commissioners, case managers, families and multidisciplinary teams
• Support the mobilisation of new care packages and sustainable service growth
• Monitor service performance, quality standards and operational outcomes
About You
• Previous experience as a Registered Manager or senior manager within complex care, domiciliary care, homecare or community healthcare
• Strong understanding of CQC regulations and regulatory compliance
• Experience managing community-based care packages
• Strong knowledge of safeguarding, quality assurance and clinical governance
• Proven leadership and people-management experience
• Experience working with commissioners, case managers and healthcare professionals
• Commercial awareness with the ability to support service development and growth
• Experience within adult or paediatric complex care would be highly advantageous
