Registered Manager - Residential Care Home

We are recruiting a Registered Manager for a medium-sized residential care home in Gainsborough, operated by a family-run care provider with strong values and high standards of care.

The service has a ‘Good’ CQC rating within a busy and well-established environment.

This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a stable home, ensuring standards remain high while ensuring high occupancy levels and delivering an excellent experience for residents, families, and staff.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide strong leadership and day-to-day management of the care home
  • Maintain existing ‘Good’ CQC standards across all areas
  • Ensure high-quality, person-centred care is consistently delivered
  • Oversee compliance, safeguarding, audits, and quality assurance processes
  • Lead and support the staff team in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain occupancy levels through quality delivery and local reputation
  • Build positive relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
  • Manage rotas, staffing levels, and resources effectively
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in a Registered Manager role within residential care
  • Strong understanding of CQC regulations, quality, and compliance
  • Confident working within a busy care home environment
  • Ability to maintain high standards in an established service
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organisational skills
  • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards)
