Our client is led by a caring, supportive and experienced Director with extensive knowledge of the adult health and social care sector. Alongside this service, they successfully operate a further four residential homes and supported living services, providing specialist support to adults with learning disabilities and mental health conditions.
This is the first older persons service within the group and represents an exciting opportunity to be part of its continued development. The home was acquired by the current owner approximately six months ago and is now undergoing a period of positive change and improvement.
The service currently holds a CQC rating of Requires Improvement, which reflects an inspection undertaken several years ago under the previous ownership. The current management team is committed to building on the service’s existing strengths, driving improvements and creating a high-quality environment for both residents and staff.
