Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN) - Flexible Shifts in South East

Due to continued demand for our temporary staffing services across Hastings, Bexhill, Eastbourne and the surrounding areas, we are recruiting experienced and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurses (RMNs) to join our flexible agency team.

As an Agency RMN, you will provide safe, professional and person-centred nursing care to individuals with a range of mental health and associated support needs.

About the Role

Your responsibilities may include assessing and monitoring mental and physical health, administering medication, maintaining accurate clinical records, contributing to care planning and risk management and responding appropriately to changes or concerns.

You will be expected to maintain therapeutic and professional boundaries, communicate effectively with individuals and other professionals and follow all relevant safeguarding and escalation procedures.

As an agency RMN, you will need to be adaptable and confident working within different environments while maintaining high professional standards.

What We're Looking For

Applicants must:

• Hold current NMC registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN)
• Have relevant recent UK mental health nursing experience and a strong understanding of safeguarding, risk management, medication and clinical documentation
• Be willing to complete Onpoint Care's induction, mandatory training and required competency assessments
• Have an Enhanced DBS, satisfactory employment references and the Right to Work in the UK
