We are looking for a Registered Nurse (RGN, RMN or RNLD) to join our well-established 30-bed nursing home in Grantham, with a long-standing, supportive and experienced nursing team.

We pride ourselves on providing a warm, homely environment where residents are treated with dignity, respect and compassion. Our stable nursing team includes many members of staff who have been with us for a number of years, creating a friendly and supportive working environment built on teamwork, continuity and excellent care.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will play an important role in providing high quality, person centred care to residents within the nursing home.

You will be responsible for:

  • Supporting residents with their individual care needs
  • Monitoring residents’ health and wellbeing
  • Administering medication safely and effectively
  • Maintaining accurate and up to date clinical records
  • Working closely with colleagues, families and other healthcare professionals
  • Building strong, trusting relationships with residents
  • Promoting residents’ dignity, independence and quality of life
  • Working as part of a supportive and experienced nursing team

The role would suit an experienced RGN, RMN or RNLD who is passionate about delivering excellent care and making a positive difference to residents’ lives.

Induction & Training
All Registered Nurses (RGN, RMN or RNLD) will receive a comprehensive induction and onboarding programme, including supernumerary shifts tailored to your individual experience and needs.

All required clinical training will be provided, ensuring you feel confident, supported and fully prepared to carry out your role as a Registered Nurse and provide the highest standard of care to residents.
