The Role
As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care to residents, ensuring their health, wellbeing, dignity and independence are maintained at all times.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering high-quality nursing care to residents.
- Administering medications and treatments in line with professional guidelines.
- Assessing, planning and evaluating individual care needs.
- Working collaboratively with care staff and healthcare professionals.
- Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
- Supporting residents and families with compassion and professionalism.
- Promoting a safe, comfortable and positive living environment.
Reporting to the Home Manager, Deputy Manager and Clinical Lead, you will be an integral member of the nursing team.
Requirements
- Valid NMC registration (RGN or RMN).
- Relevant post-registration nursing experience.
- Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong clinical knowledge and professional judgement.
- A genuine passion for delivering outstanding care.
