About the Opportunity

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) to join our established nursing home team. This is an excellent opportunity to work within a supportive environment where high-quality, person-centred care is at the heart of everything we do.

As a Registered Nurse, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional clinical care, supporting residents' wellbeing, and promoting dignity, independence, and choice at all times.

The Role

As part of the nursing team, you will be responsible for providing and overseeing the highest standards of nursing care for residents. You will work closely with colleagues, residents, families, and healthcare professionals to ensure individual care needs are met effectively.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering safe, effective, and person-centred nursing care.
  • Administering medications and treatments in line with professional standards.
  • Assessing, planning, implementing, and reviewing resident care plans.
  • Monitoring residents' health and wellbeing and responding appropriately to changes in condition.
  • Maintaining accurate clinical records and documentation.
  • Supporting and mentoring care staff where appropriate.
  • Promoting a warm, caring, and respectful environment for all residents.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

  • Current NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN) or Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
  • Previous experience working as a Registered Nurse.
  • Strong clinical knowledge and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • A caring, compassionate, and professional approach.
  • A commitment to delivering outstanding resident care.
