Key Responsibilities and Duties

• Care Planning: Develop, review, and implement highly individualised care plans in close collaboration with a multidisciplinary team (MDT), ensuring the physical, emotional, and psychological needs of every patient are met.

• Regulatory Compliance: Maintain meticulous, accurate, and confidential electronic health records (EHR) to ensure absolute Care Quality Commission (CQC) compliance and audit readiness.

• Leadership & Mentorship: Provide strong clinical leadership on the floor, effectively supervising junior nursing staff, student nurses, and healthcare assistants (HCAs) to maintain a safe, efficient, and harmonious clinical environment.

Requirements & Qualifications

To be successfully considered for this premier nursing job in Norwich, candidates must possess the following professional criteria:

• Valid NMC Pin: You must be a fully Registered Adult Nurse (RGN) with a current, valid, and unrestricted registration with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

• Clinical Experience: Proven post-qualification experience working within acute care hospital settings, elderly care facilities, nursing homes, or community nursing environments across the UK is highly desirable.

• Advanced Clinical Skills: Strong clinical assessment skills, sharp critical thinking abilities, and the capacity to remain calm and work effectively under high-pressure healthcare environments.
