Brainkind Stagenhoe is seeking a Registered Nurse to join our specialist neurological care team in the beautiful Hertfordshire countryside. Working with adults with neurological conditions and acquired brain injuries, you'll play a key role in delivering high-quality, person-centred care while developing your clinical skills within a supportive multidisciplinary team.
What you'll do
- Assess, plan, implement and evaluate individualised care.
- Deliver evidence-based nursing care in collaboration with the wider team.
- Maintain accurate clinical records in line with NMC guidelines.
- Support and coordinate care delivery during shifts.
- Promote the health, wellbeing and independence of service users.
About you
✔ NMC Registered Nurse with post-registration experience
✔ Passion for delivering outstanding care
✔ Strong communication and teamwork skills
✔ Evidence of ongoing CPD
✔ Knowledge of clinical best practice and person-centred care
