Meridian Business Support is recruiting on behalf of a well-established care provider for a Registered Nurse to join a high-quality residential setting in Diss. This role offers consistent hours, paid breaks and strong benefits within a supportive clinical environment.
The role As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering safe and person-centred care while supporting the wider care team. Duties will include:
- Providing clinical nursing care in line with NMC guidelines and best practice
- Administering medication, monitoring health conditions, and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting care staff to deliver high standards across all shifts
- Promoting dignity, independence, and wellbeing for residents
- Working closely with the Home Manager and Clinical Lead to maintain care quality
- Contributing to care planning and reviewing individual resident needs
Skills and experience To be considered for the Registered Nurse role, you will need:
- A valid NMC PIN and post-registration experience as a Registered Nurse
- Strong clinical skills and up-to-date knowledge of care standards
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- A compassionate and organised approach to care delivery
- £23 per hour with enhanced rates for bank holidays
- Paid breaks on shift
- Full DBS paid for
