Situated in the heart of Pollok, our modern 50-bed nursing home provides high-quality nursing, dementia, complex and palliative care in a warm, welcoming environment where residents truly feel at home.

About the Role

As a Registered Nurse, you will provide safe, effective and person-centred nursing care while leading and supporting our care team throughout each shift.

You will use your clinical knowledge to assess residents' needs, develop and review care plans, administer medication safely and work closely with families and healthcare professionals to ensure the very best outcomes for every resident.

Most importantly, you'll help create meaningful moments that make a real difference to the lives of those we care for.

What You'll Be Responsible For

· Delivering high-quality, person-centred nursing care.

· Leading and supporting the care team during your shift.

· Assessing, planning and reviewing individual care plans.

· Safe administration and management of medication.

· Monitoring residents' wellbeing and responding to changes in clinical condition.

· Building positive relationships with residents, families and healthcare professionals.

· Maintaining accurate care records and documentation.

· Supporting quality improvement and maintaining Care Inspectorate standards.

· Promoting dignity, independence, respect and choice in everything you do.

About You

We're looking for someone who:

· Holds current NMC registration as an RGN, RMN

· Has a genuine passion for caring for older people.

· Demonstrates kindness, compassion and professionalism.

· Is confident leading and supporting colleagues.

· Has excellent communication and clinical decision-making skills.

· our commitment to delivering outstanding person-centred care.

Previous care home experience is welcomed but not essential—we value attitude, compassion and a willingness to learn just as much as experience.
