Spire Nottingham Hospital has an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse to join our established ward team on a permanent basis.

Duties and responsibilities:

As a Registered Nurse, you will:

  • Deliver high-quality patient care, maintaining excellent clinical standards at all times
  • Assess, plan and implement care across a varied caseload
  • Support patients' health, wellbeing and recovery throughout their journey
  • Ensure a clean, safe and compliant clinical environment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, relatives and the wider multidisciplinary team
  • Provide support and guidance to junior colleagues and students where appropriate
  • Deputise for senior staff when required
  • Contribute to service development, quality improvement and clinical governance activities
  • Promote equality, diversity and patient dignity in all aspects of care
  • Adhere to infection prevention and control policies and procedures
  • Work in line with the NMC Code and Spire Healthcare policies at all times

Who we're looking for:

We're looking for a compassionate and motivated Registered Nurse who takes pride in delivering outstanding patient care.

You will have:

  • Current NMC registration
  • Previous clinical nursing experience
  • Strong clinical knowledge and nursing skills
  • The ability to prioritise and manage your workload effectively
  • A patient-focused approach with a commitment to delivering high standards of care
  • Understanding of clinical governance and relevant regulatory requirements
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
