What’s on Offer
  • Salary: £45,000 - £48,000
  • 5% annual performance bonus
  • Salary progression: 
    • £1,000 increase at 12 months

Work-Life Balance
  • Monday to Friday, 9am–5pm only
  • Hybrid working (3 days in clinic, more if preferred)

What You’ll Be Doing
As a WCA Functional Assessor, you will:
  • Conduct face-to-face, video, and telephone assessments
  • Assess how conditions impact daily living and functional ability
  • Use strong clinical judgement, active listening, and critical thinking
  • Produce detailed, high-quality reports for submission to the DWP
  • Review and evaluate medical evidence
  • Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary clinical team

Who We’re Looking For
  • NMC-registered Nurses (RGN, RMN, RNLD)
  • HCPC-registered Physiotherapists or Occupational Therapists
  • Minimum 12 months UK post-registration experience
  • Strong communication and clinical reasoning skills
  • Confident using digital systems
