Registration Analyst - Crawley

Are you an analytical and detail-driven professional with experience in registration, customer data management, commercial operations or the UK energy industry? UK Power Networks is looking for a Registration Analyst to join our Income Management team in Crawley and help maintain the data that supports electricity supply, settlement and customer service across our network.

This is a permanent role offering a salary of £30,816, a 7.5% bonus and blended working after a six-month probation period, with three days in the office and two days working remotely.

As a Registration Analyst, you will help deliver the Meter Point Administration Service and improve the quality of address and registration data across millions of metering points. Your work will support accurate industry data, regulatory obligations and the smooth operation of the electricity market.

You will become a key member of the Registration team, taking ownership of specialist activities such as Central Volume Allocation registration, address quality improvement, system testing and implementation, or retrospective MPAN data amendments. You will work closely with internal teams, suppliers, industry bodies and external stakeholders to resolve queries, maintain accurate records and support continuous improvement.

We are looking for someone who is numerate, accurate and confident working with data, reports and stakeholder queries. You will bring at least two years' experience in a relevant registration, customer data management, commercial or UK energy supply industry role, alongside strong relationship-building skills and the ability to produce concise, accurate written work.

You will also need a minimum of five GCSE passes, including English and mathematics, or equivalent qualifications. In return, you will join a team where your judgement, attention to detail and ability to manage important industry data will make a visible contribution to customers, suppliers and the wider electricity market.
