Niyaa People are delighted to be recruiting for a Relationship Manager to join a market-leading manufacturer, covering a well-established territory across North & North West London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to represent an innovative organisation that works closely with housing providers to improve resident safety, property compliance and building performance.
 
Managing your own geographical client base, your responsibilities of the Relationship Manager role will include:
  • Building strong relationships with social housing providers across your client area
  • Advising customers on compliance, fire safety, ventilation, damp and mould solutions, retrofit initiatives and smart technologies.
  • Delivering engaging presentations, toolbox talks and training sessions to customers and contractors.
  • Working closely with installers, electricians and distribution partners to develop existing relationships and identify new opportunities.
  • Representing the business at customer events, exhibitions and networking opportunities.
  • Managing your territory independently while delivering exceptional customer service.

For the Relationship Manager role, you’ll ideally have:
  • Experience within social housing, construction, compliance, electrical, building products or a related industry.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The confidence to deliver training and engage with audiences of varying sizes.
  • A proactive, self-motivated approach with a driven mindset
  • A full UK driving licence.

In return as the Relationship Manager, you will receive:
  • £55,000 basic salary.
  • Annual company bonus with realistic earnings around £100,000 OTE.
