Our client, a well-regarded secondary school in Dudley, is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Qualified Religious Studies Teacher to join their successful Humanities department. The Role

As a Religious Studies Teacher, you will:

  • Deliver engaging and differentiated RS lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
  • Create a positive and inclusive learning environment that promotes student achievement.
  • Assess, monitor, and report on student progress.
  • Contribute to curriculum development and departmental initiatives.
  • Encourage critical thinking, debate, and respect for diverse beliefs and cultures.
  • Support students in achieving their full academic potential.

The Successful Candidate Will Have

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent recognised teaching qualification.
  • A degree in Religious Studies, Theology, Philosophy, or a related subject.
  • Experience teaching Religious Studies within a UK secondary school setting.
  • Strong classroom management skills.
  • Excellent communication and organisational abilities.
  • A commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people.
