Religious Education Teacher – Full Time – Wimborne – September Start

Teaching Personnel is working closely with a well-respected mainstream secondary school in Wimborne that is looking to appoint an experienced Religious Education Teacher for a full-time, fixed-term position starting in September.

The Humanities department is well established, and the successful candidate will be joining a team that is passionate about delivering engaging lessons and inspiring students to achieve their very best.

The school is looking for a confident classroom practitioner with experience teaching Religious Education across Key Stages 3 and 4. You'll be someone who can build positive relationships with students, create an inclusive learning environment and deliver lessons that encourage discussion, curiosity and critical thinking.

To be considered, you will need:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
  • Previous experience teaching Religious Education within a UK secondary school
  • Excellent classroom management skills
  • A genuine passion for your subject and helping young people succeed
  • A positive and professional approach to school life
