As a Relocation Co-ordinator, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring candidates have a smooth transition into their new work environment, you will:
- Coordinate and execute the relocation process for candidates arriving from overseas, including airport pickup, transportation to their new accommodation.
- Ensure candidates are comfortable and well-informed throughout their relocation journey.
- Establish and maintain communication with candidates prior to their arrival to complete necessary checklists and address any pre-arrival concerns or questions, providing clear guidance and assistance.
- Support candidates in attending skill tests and interviews ensuring they have the necessary resources and information for successful assessments.
- Conduct comprehensive orientations for candidates to familiarise them with their new workplace, surroundings and cultural aspects.
- Address and resolve any issues or challenges that may arise.
Requirements:
- Must hold a clean, full UK, valid driving license
- Good communicator & problem-solving skills
- Excellent negotiation and influencing skills
- Works well under pressure and as part of a team
- Enthusiastic, professional and performance-driven
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Flexibility with working hours is essential (early start, late finish, occasional weekend
- Ability to speak any languages
