Remote working Operations Manager

Location : Anywhere in the UK

£35,000 - £40,000

VPss are currently working exclusively with an established and unique Fleet CCTV provider on helping them recruit a brand new Operations professional who is able to work closely with the owner of the business, and other team leaders, to help with the day to day of the business and to implement continuous improvement across the organisation

The successful Operations Manager will be responsible for helping oversee the day‐to‐day operations of the business, creating a strong operational strategy and ensuring its execution.

Operations Manager package

• £35,000 - £40,000 base salary
• Fully remote role
• Company incentives, bonuses etc are included with this role as well as career growth

The main responsibilities for this Operations Manager role include:

• Identifying, setting, measuring, and hitting strategic and short‐term performance goals
• Creating, implementing, assessing, and improving business plans, strategies, processes and

procedures across all operations teams in the Group.

• Being the “go to” person for new projects across the business
• Enabling employee engagement, a positive working environment and customer outcome
