Are you a motivated sales and customer service professional looking to join a growing business where your hard work is recognised and rewarded? As a Renewal Adviser, you will be responsible for managing existing client relationships, maximising customer retention, and identifying opportunities to increase revenue through upselling and cross-selling. Using your excellent communication skills and customer-focused approach, you will provide tailored solutions that meet clients' needs while ensuring all regulatory and compliance requirements are met.

• Deliver against agreed sales and retention targets.
• Proactively manage customer renewals and retention opportunities.
• Assess clients' needs and provide appropriate insurance solutions.
• Build strong, long-lasting relationships with existing customers.
• Identify and maximise upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
• Ensure all customer interactions are compliant with industry regulations.
• Provide exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.
• Take ownership of personal development and industry knowledge.
