Contract Administrator (Property)
Permanent | £29,902 per annum
I am working on a fantastic permanent opportunity for a Contract Administrator to join a well-established property team, supporting the Senior Contract Manager.
This is a varied and hands-on role where you will play a key part in the day-to-day running of property services. You will be responsible for liaising with tenants, raising works orders, and providing essential administrative support across a range of contracts including planned works and servicing programmes.
You will act as a central point of communication between teams, so strong relationship-building skills are essential. A big part of the role involves speaking with tenants, so excellent customer service and communication skills are key.
Key responsibilities include:
  • Supporting the delivery of property contracts and programmes
  • Raising and managing works orders on internal systems
  • Liaising with tenants and internal teams
  • Providing administrative support to the wider property function
What we are looking for:
  • Highly organised with strong attention to detail
  • Confident communicator with good customer care skills
  • Strong IT skills and ability to pick up new systems quickly
  • Ability to build effective working relationships
  • Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
