We’re looking for a Repairs Co-ordinator to join a busy and supportive team in the Leicester area.
 
As a Repairs Co-ordinator, you’ll be the first point of contact for customers reporting maintenance issues and breakdowns, making sure everything is logged, coordinated and resolved efficiently.
 
This Repairs Co-ordinator role is fast-paced and customer-focused, with lots of phone and email contact, arranging repairs and keeping customers updated throughout the process.

As a Repairs Co-ordinator, you will:
 
  • Take calls and emails from customers reporting repairs and maintenance issues
  • Log and manage repair requests on internal systems
  • Coordinate contractors and schedule repair work
  • Keep customers updated on progress and timescales
  • Maintain accurate records and update job information
  • Process invoices and track maintenance spend
  • Support health and safety record keeping
  • Provide general admin support to the wider team
 
What we’re looking for
  • Experience in customer service, admin or coordination
  • Confident communication skills, especially on the phone
  • Strong organisation and ability to manage a busy workload
  • Good attention to detail
  • Comfortable using Microsoft Office
  • A proactive, can-do approach
 
Experience in property, facilities, maintenance or repairs coordination would be beneficial.
