R9 Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a property maintenance contractor for an experienced Social Housing Disrepair Manager or Supervisor.
You'll oversee disrepair, repairs, damp and mould works across social housing properties, managing operatives and ensuring jobs are completed safely, on time, and to a high standard.
Requirements:
- Social housing disrepair/repairs experience
- Supervisory or management experience
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Able to travel across East & South London
