Repairs Supervisor

Location: North London
Salary: £17.84 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 5:00pm
Contract: Temp to Perm
Working Arrangement: Office and Site based

Nuco Solutions are currently recruiting for an experienced Supervisor to join a busy Social Housing contractor based in London. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with previous experience within social housing, repairs, maintenance or disrepair who is confident managing a high-volume workload and coordinating operatives to ensure repairs are completed efficiently and within agreed timescales.

Role and Responsibilites

• Supervise the day-to-day delivery of responsive repairs, voids, planned and/or cyclical maintenance as required.
• Allocate and monitor work to repairs operatives and contractors.
• Ensure repairs are completed within relevant service standards, targets and contractual timescales.
• Monitor the quality of completed works and undertake inspections where required.
• Identify recurring repairs, defects and property issues and escalate appropriately.
• Ensure outstanding works, follow-on repairs and remedial works are effectively managed.
• Support the delivery of void property works to agreed turnaround times and quality standards.
• Liaise with contractors, suppliers, residents and internal teams to resolve repair issues.

Requirements

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• SMSTS/SSSTS
• Supervisor Experience
• Social housing experience 
• UK DL
