Reprographics Technician – Secondary School – Haringey

Daily Rate: £90 – £115 per day

Madison Reign is currently recruiting for a reliable, organised and experienced Reprographics Technician to join a welcoming secondary school based in the London Borough of Haringey.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with strong reprographics, IT and administrative skills who is looking to work within a busy school environment. You will play an important role in supporting teachers and other school staff by ensuring high-quality educational resources and materials are produced accurately and on time.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain reprographics equipment, including printers, photocopiers, scanners, laminators and binding machines

• Produce high-quality teaching materials, worksheets, examination papers, booklets and other school documents

• Manage and prioritise printing and reprographics requests from teaching and administrative staff

• Ensure materials are produced accurately and within required deadlines

• Monitor stock levels of paper, toner, ink and other reprographics supplies

• Assist with ordering and maintaining appropriate stock levels

• Carry out basic troubleshooting of printers, photocopiers and other equipment

• Liaise with staff regarding printing requirements and document formatting

• Maintain a clean, organised and efficient reprographics area

• Provide additional administrative support to the school when required

The Ideal Candidate

The successful candidate will ideally have previous experience within reprographics, printing, administration or a similar role.

Previous experience working within a school or educational environment would be highly desirable.

You should also have:

• Good IT skills and confidence using Microsoft Office

• Experience using printers, photocopiers and other reprographics equipment

• Excellent attention to detail

• Strong organisational and time-management skills

• The ability to prioritise a busy workload

• Good communication and interpersonal skills

• A professional, reliable and proactive approach

• The ability to work independently as well as part of a wider school team
