We're looking for an experienced hospitality professional to take on a newly created Reservations Manager role in Hemel Hempstead. This could be an excellent opportunity for someone currently working at an Executive or Senior level in reservations, or events administration who is ready to take their first step into management. This is a varied role combining reservations and events, allowing you to use your existing hospitality experience while developing your leadership skills. You'll be responsible for:

• Overseeing the booking process and ensuring reservations are accurate
• Coordinating events from initial enquiry through to execution
• Communicating with clients to understand their requirements and deliver exceptional service
• Managing event logistics and liaising with internal teams and suppliers
• Ensuring bookings are fully documented and enquiries are responded to promptly
• Helping to develop and improve processes within this newly created role
