I am currently recruiting for a Resident Liaison Officer to join a well-established residential developer, covering regeneration projects across London. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced RLO looking to join a busy team delivering large-scale residential schemes.
Key details:
  • Full-time position
  • Site-based across multiple projects in London
  • Working closely with residents, site teams and local authority partners
  • Opportunity to work on major regeneration projects
The role will focus on building and maintaining positive relationships with residents throughout the construction process. You will be the main point of contact for residents, ensuring they are kept informed throughout the programme of works, supporting the decant process where required, and working closely with site teams and external stakeholders to deliver a positive customer experience.
Candidates will need:
  • Previous experience as a Resident Liaison Officer within construction, housing or regeneration
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience supporting residents through regeneration or decant programmes
  • Ability to manage sensitive situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and CRM systems
