Resident Liaison Officer

I'm looking for a Resident Liaison Officer for an onsite role working with residents living within Social Housing properties. This role will be focussing on decarb and retrofit works covering Worcestershire - and will involve travel. A company van and fuel card will be supplied from day one

The duties of the Resident Liaison Officer will include:

• Commuicating with tenants & booking in works
• Attending site visits with Site Manager and the Team
• Dealing with any issues arising with residents

I'm looking to speak to a Resident Liaison Officer that has:

• Previous social housing experience
• Full UK Driving Licence

And in return, the Resident Liaison Officer will receive:

• £18 per hour
• Company Van and Fuel Card
• ongoing work
