Resident Liaison Officer – Kitchens & Bathrooms

- Salary: Up to £34,000 + £4,800 Car Allowance + Fully Expensed Fuel Card
A leading planned maintenance contractor is looking for an experienced Resident Liaison Officer to join their team delivering a kitchen and bathroom refurbishment programme for L&Q across East London.
The Role
- Act as the main point of contact for residents throughout the works.
- Carry out resident visits and provide updates on programmes and access.
- Manage resident queries, concerns and complaints.
- Arrange and maintain access to properties.
- Liaise with site teams, subcontractors and the client.
- Support residents throughout the refurbishment process and minimise disruption.
- Maintain accurate records and help ensure high levels of resident satisfaction.
About You
- Previous RLO experience within planned maintenance, social housing or refurbishment.
- Kitchen and bathroom experience is desirable.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- Confident dealing with residents and challenging situations.
- Organised, professional and proactive.
- Full UK driving licence required.
