As the business continues to grow, they're looking for a Surveyor to become a key part of the next chapter.

The Role

• Undertake Level 2 and Level 3 residential surveys
• Diagnose building defects and provide expert advice to homeowners
• Deliver domestic project work including refurbishments and extensions
• Manage contract administration duties from inception to completion
• Advise on Party Wall matters and neighbourly issues
• Support and mentor more junior colleagues as the team grows

What They're Looking For

• Strong experience carrying out residential surveys
• Excellent knowledge of residential construction and building pathology
• Experience of domestic project work and contract administration
• A client-focused, commercially minded and personable approach
• Party Wall, valuations or Principal Designer experience would be advantageous
