Work effectively as part of a team while following safeguarding procedures, care plans and established routines.
About You

You will ideally be:
Patient, compassionate and emotionally resilient.

Comfortable following structured routines and working independently when required.
Motivated to learn about trauma-informed care and children's individual needs.
A full UK driving licence holder with access to a car (essential).
A Level 3 qualification in Residential Childcare or a Level 4 qualification in Children, Young People and Families is desirable but not essential. Structured induction, regular supervision and ongoing coaching.
Continued training and opportunities for career progression.
Opportunities to increase earnings through overtime, sleep-ins and development opportunities.
A rota designed to support a healthy work-life balance.
Salary and Benefits

The £1,000 welcome bonus is subject to terms and conditions. The bonus may be reclaimed on a pro-rata basis if an employee voluntarily leaves or is dismissed for misconduct within 12 months of their start date.
