Residential Home Practitoner  :

Dereham, Hethersett and Hindolveston. Driving isn't necessarily a requirement for the role, but all three locations are in the middle of the country so transport to get there would be required in this way. 

 They need candidates available in the area with:

• L3 NVQ Residential Childcare
• Min 2 yrs experience
• Schedule 2 checks
• Able to support young people with complex social and emotional needs- crisis intervention
• Ability to relate to Young Person and their current issues, able to do sports and activities.
• Resilience, deescalation techniques
• Full shifts, nights and days- mixture
