Residential Conveyancer

Our client is a modern and ambitious law firm with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality legal services. Due to continued growth, they are looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancing Fee Earner to join their expanding Residential Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity to manage a varied caseload within a supportive and collaborative environment, with genuine opportunities for long-term career progression.

The Role

You will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion, including:

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases 
• Transfers of equity 
• Remortgages 
• New build transactions 
• Shared ownership and Help to Buy matters 
• General residential property work 

You will maintain excellent client relationships, liaise with third parties, ensure matters progress efficiently and deliver outstanding client care throughout the transaction.

Requirements

• Experience managing your own residential conveyancing caseload 
• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, Legal Executive or experienced Conveyancing Fee Earner 
• Strong organisational and communication skills 
• Client-focused with a commercial approach 
• Able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team 
• Existing introducer relationships are advantageous but not essential
