Are you an experienced Residential Conveyancer, Conveyancing Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional looking for a new opportunity in Sheffield?

We are recruiting for an experienced conveyancing professional to join the Residential Property team at Sills & Betteridge LLP, a well-established regional law firm with an excellent reputation for quality legal advice and client care.

This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified conveyancer with at least 5 years’ PQE or equivalent experience who is confident managing a full residential property caseload independently and is looking for a role offering manageable caseloads, strong team support and excellent benefits.

• £50,000–£55,000 depending on experience

Hours: 9.00am–5.15pm, Monday to Friday

The Role

As a Residential Conveyancer / Conveyancing Solicitor, you will manage your own residential conveyancing caseload from instruction through to completion.

You will provide clear, practical legal advice to clients, maintain high standards of service and work closely with colleagues and support staff across the Residential Property team.

Key responsibilities include:

• Managing a full residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Handling a varied range of residential property transactions
• Providing clear and practical advice to clients
• Maintaining excellent standards of client care and communication
• Managing files with minimal supervision
• Working collaboratively with support staff and colleagues
• Contributing to team performance and service delivery

What We’re Looking For

We would particularly like to hear from Residential Conveyancers, Conveyancing Solicitors, Licensed Conveyancers, CILEX Lawyers, Legal Executives and Residential Property Lawyers.

You should have:

• At least 5 years’ PQE or equivalent residential conveyancing experience
• A recognised qualification as a Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer or CILEX professional
• Strong residential conveyancing knowledge
• Experience independently managing a full caseload
• Excellent client-care, communication and organisational skills
• The ability to work effectively within a collaborative team
