Are you a residential conveyancer looking to escape the pressures of volume conveyancing?

This is an excellent opportunity to join a growing and supportive property team where quality of work comes before volume. We are looking for two solicitors to join our specialist Buy-to-Let department and are particularly interested in residential conveyancers who are keen to broaden their expertise and receive training in light commercial property matters.

Buy-to-let experience is not required - strong residential conveyancing experience is essential.

Whether you are a newly qualified solicitor or have several years' post-qualification experience, you'll be joining a collaborative team that offers genuine career development, flexible working and exposure to a varied client base of investors, landlords and property professionals.



The Roles

Newly Qualified Solicitor

  • Salary circa £35,000

  • Ideal for candidates looking to build on their residential conveyancing experience and develop specialist property expertise.

Solicitor (Experienced)

  • Salary circa £40,000

  • Suitable for candidates with established residential conveyancing experience seeking greater variety and progression.



What You'll Be Doing

  • Managing residential and buy-to-let transactions.

  • Advising landlords and property investors.

  • Developing knowledge of light commercial property work through structured training and support.

  • Working closely with clients to deliver a high-quality, relationship-led service.



What We're Looking For

  • Qualified Solicitor (NQ+).

  • Residential conveyancing experience is essential.

  • Strong client care and communication skills.

  • Desire to move away from high-volume transactional work and develop broader property expertise.

  • Ambitious, organised and commercially minded.
