Residential Property Fee Earner

An excellent opportunity has arisen for an experienced Residential Property Fee Earner to join an established and people-focused legal practice in Urmston.

You will manage a varied residential conveyancing caseload, providing a high-quality service from initial instruction through to completion and post-completion.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle residential sales and purchases, re-mortgages and equity release matters.
• Deal with initial enquiries and provide quotations.
• Manage client files from start to finish, including post-completion.
• Handle both freehold and leasehold transactions.
• Maintain excellent client care and professional relationships.
• Build relationships with Estate Agents and other introducers of work.
• Contribute to networking and local business development activities.
• Attend departmental meetings and support wider team objectives.

About You

• At least 3 years' PQE with experience managing a varied residential property caseload.
• Able to work independently and as part of a team.
• Confident managing a caseload without dedicated administrative support.
• Experience working with paper and electronic files.
• Excellent organisational, communication and client care skills.
• Professional, personable and commercially minded.
• Interested in business development and building professional relationships.
