We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and highly regarded legal practice that is looking to appoint an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join its expanding Property team.

This is an excellent opportunity for a conveyancing professional who is passionate about delivering exceptional client service and managing a varied caseload of residential property matters from instruction through to completion.

As a Residential Property Solicitor, you will manage a busy and varied residential conveyancing caseload, ensuring transactions are progressed efficiently while providing an exceptional level of client care throughout the process.

• Managing residential property transactions from instruction through to completion
• Handling a range of conveyancing matters, including sales, purchases, transfers of equity, and remortgages
• Providing outstanding client service throughout the conveyancing journey
• Liaising with clients, estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other third parties
• Maintaining accurate and compliant file records
• Meeting agreed billing and time-recording targets
• Collaborating with colleagues and contributing to team success
• Supporting business development and networking activities where appropriate

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Chartered Legal Executive status
• Proven experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Strong knowledge of residential property transactions and conveyancing procedures
• Excellent communication and client relationship management skills
• A proactive, organised, and commercially aware approach
• The ability to manage competing priorities and work effectively under pressure
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to compliance
• A positive, team-focused attitude with the ability to work independently when required
