Due to continued growth and an increasing demand for our Residential Property services, Slater Heelis is seeking an experienced and motivated Residential Property Solicitor/ Licensed Conveyancer to join our expanding property team.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Residential Property Solicitor/Licensed Conveyancer to join our offices in Chester. You will play a crucial role in managing your own caseload of residential property transactions from inception to completion including

• Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases
• Remortgages
• Transfers of equity
• New build transactions
• Shared ownership matters
• Right to Buy transactions
• Liaising with clients, agents, lenders, and other solicitors
• Providing practical, commercial advice and excellent client care throughout the transaction process

About You

We are looking for someone who:

• Is a qualified Solicitor, Legal Executive or Licensed Conveyancer
• Has experience managing a residential conveyancing caseload independently
• Demonstrates excellent technical knowledge of residential property transactions
• Has strong communication and client relationship skills
• Is highly organised with excellent attention to detail
• Enjoys working collaboratively within a team environment
• Is committed to delivering outstanding client service
