• Run your own residential conveyancing caseload

• Handle sales, purchases, leasehold, freehold, shared ownership, re‑mortgages & new builds

• Give clear, practical advice to clients

• Draft and review contracts, transfer deeds & legal documents

• Manage enquiries, quotes and your diary confidently

• Build strong client relationships

What you’ll bring

• Qualified Solicitor with residential conveyancing experience

• Strong client care and communication

• Confident, organised and detail‑focused

• CQS experience is helpful
