Residential Support Worker- Dudley

Location: DY9 9PB

Pay: £14.00 - £15.00 per hour

Shift Patterns:

• Days: 7:00am - 9:00pm
• Waking Nights: 9:00pm - 7:00am
• Weekends required

We are recruiting experienced Residential Support Workers to support children and young people within a therapeutic residential setting.

Please note: A Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent) is ESSENTIAL. Candidates without this qualification will not be considered.

• Support children and young people in a residential home.
• Promote positive outcomes and independence.
• Follow care plans and behaviour support plans.
• Maintain accurate records.
• Safeguard children at all times.
• Work effectively as part of the care team.

• Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (essential).
• Minimum 12 months' experience in a Children's Residential Home.
• Enhanced DBS with Children's and Adults' Barred List.
• Right to work in the UK.
• Overseas Police Checks where applicable.
• Flexible to work day and waking night shifts.

• £14.00 - £15.00 per hour.
