Children’s Residential Support Worker
We are currently recruiting on behalf of a client providing both children’s supported accommodation services within Bournemouth.
About the Role
As a Children’s Residential Support Worker, you will act as a positive role model and parental figure, supporting young people with their daily routines, emotional wellbeing and personal development.
You will be working within small, supportive teams to help create a safe, nurturing and structured environment.
Shifts & Hours-
- Long day: 9:00am – 11:00pm + sleep-in
- Morning: 7:00am – 9:30am (next day)
- 3-week rolling rota:
- Week 1: 2 shifts
- Week 2: 2 shifts
- Week 3: 3 shifts
- Total: 115.5 hours every 3 weeks

Requirements-
- Aged 21 or over
- Full manual UK driving licence
- Minimum 6 months’ experience in residential childcare
- Comfortable completing sleep-in shifts
