Location: Hybrid working - with occasional meetings in Devizes or Wareham
Rate: £20.57 per hour (Umbrella rate, Inside IR35)
Hours: 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm
Contract: Initial contract until November 2026, with potential to extend (rolling contract)
Must have: DRS experience for planning
About the Role
We are seeking an organised and proactive Resourcing & Scheduling Co-ordinator to join our team on a contract basis. This role plays a key part in supporting operational services by coordinating resources, managing schedules and ensuring teams have the right support and information to deliver effective services.
Working in a hybrid environment, you will be responsible for managing operational diaries, allocating resources, supporting compliance activities, maintaining accurate records and working with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage operational diaries to ensure resources, skills and workloads are planned effectively.
- Take ownership of allocated schedules while providing flexibility and support across the wider team when required.
- Manage changing priorities to support business objectives and operational requirements.
- Work closely with customers, colleagues, contractors and suppliers to build effective working relationships.
- Manage enquiries, issues and complaints, finding practical solutions and ensuring positive outcomes.
- Provide technical and administrative support to operational teams.
- Maintain accurate digital and paper records in line with GDPR and data management requirements.
- Support planned programmes and ensure compliance deadlines and targets are achieved.
- Process requests for major and minor adaptations, providing advice and guidance to customers.
- Work with Finance teams and budget holders to support effective financial processes.
- Maintain key Health & Safety records, including risk assessments, asbestos information, equipment registers, PPE records, training records and incident reporting.
About You
You will have experience working in a busy operational environment and be confident managing competing priorities. You will be highly organised, customer-focused and able to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will bring:
- Strong administration, organisation and scheduling skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Experience using Microsoft Office, CRM systems and digital databases.
- The ability to analyse information, solve problems and make practical decisions.
- A proactive approach with the confidence to challenge processes and suggest improvements.
- Experience managing records and working within compliance requirements.
- A commitment to delivering a high-quality customer service.
