Salary: £34,000 – £37,000 + Excellent Work-Life Balance

We’re looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to take the reins at our client’s medium-volume restaurant in Newcastle.

What We’re Looking For

We’re looking for a confident, hands-on Restaurant Manager who can lead from the front and inspire a team to deliver exceptional standards.

You’ll ideally have:

  • Management experience within a branded, full-service or high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong commercial awareness and experience managing P&L, budgets and costs
  • A proven track record of coaching, developing and motivating large FOH and BOH teams
  • Experience working in a busy environment with a strong focus on guest satisfaction
  • A proactive and hands-on approach — someone who isn’t afraid to roll up their sleeves
  • Experience of turning around underperforming sites and driving improvements
  • The confidence to manage change and bring a team with you through a period of transformation
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

The Essentials

  • Previous management experience in a similar hospitality environment
  • Experience within a high-volume restaurant, ideally a branded operation
  • A full UK driving licence, due to the location of the site
  • Some kitchen experience and confidence handling food and supporting the kitchen team when required
