Area Manager – Luxury Lifestyle Retail

We’re seeking an experienced Area Manager to lead a portfolio of luxury lifestyle stores, delivering exceptional client experience, refined brand standards and strong commercial results. You’ll coach Store and Cluster Managers, elevate service excellence and ensure every store reflects the quality, consistency and sophistication of our brand.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive sales, OMNI performance and client loyalty across your area

• Lead and develop store leaders to deliver premium service and high standards

• Ensure flawless operational execution across stock, payroll, compliance and loss prevention

• Champion elevated client experience and brand presentation

• Support new store openings and key brand initiatives

What You’ll Bring

Working pattern: 4 days in stores, 1 day from home, with occasional office attendance.
