• Set clear targets and lead from the front with strong professionalism and top‑tier presentation.

• Recruit, coach, and develop a high‑performing team, working closely with the Area Manager.

• Stay on top of all sales, compliance, and HR processes — no loose ends, no missed opportunities.

💼 Sales & Commercial Impact

• Drive commercial performance every single day, ensuring the team uses the sales process effectively.

• Know your customers, know your market, and know your competition — and act on it.

• Track KPIs, spot trends, and take decisive action to keep performance on target.

• Maintain tight control over discounts, fraud prevention, and transactional compliance.

• Own all operational procedures and ensure the team follows them consistently.

• Take responsibility for health & safety, completing monthly checks and keeping the store safe for colleagues and customers.
