Retail Brand Image & Visual Projects Coordinator - Luxury Fashion
Parkside
Central London | £22.50 per hour | 3-Month Temporary Contract | Hybrid
Are you an organised and commercially minded Project Coordinator with experience in luxury retail, visual merchandising, retail displays, store openings, brand activations or creative projects?
We are recruiting on behalf of a prestigious global luxury fashion brand for a Retail Brand Image & Visual Projects Coordinator to join their EMEA team in Central London.
This is not a traditional Visual Merchandiser role. We are looking for someone who enjoys the operational side of bringing creative concepts to life – coordinating suppliers, managing purchase orders and invoices, organising shipments, tracking budgets and ensuring decorative elements arrive at the right location, at the right time and in perfect condition.
You'll support decorative and Brand Image projects across the EMEA region, including store openings, installations and other retail projects, working closely with internal teams, suppliers, freelancers and external partners.
What you'll be doing
- Coordinating decorative elements for store openings and Brand Image projects across EMEA
- Managing suppliers, vendors and freelancers to ensure projects are delivered on time and to the required standard
- Raising and processing purchase orders, including daily PO administration
- Supporting invoicing, budget tracking and cost control
- Coordinating shipping and logistics, ensuring items arrive safely and within project deadlines
- Managing multiple project timelines and proactively resolving delays or operational issues
- Working closely with creative, retail and operational teams to ensure seamless project delivery
- Maintaining exceptional attention to detail and ensuring all work meets luxury brand standards
- Supporting international projects and travel where required
What we're looking for You'll ideally have previous experience within project coordination, retail projects, visual merchandising operations, production, events/experiential, store development or luxury/fashion operations.
You don't necessarily need to have worked in exactly the same job before. We're particularly interested in people who can demonstrate experience across several of the following areas:
Supplier/vendor coordination | Purchase orders | Invoicing | Budget tracking | Shipping/logistics | Store openings | Retail installations | Visual merchandising projects | Brand activations | Pop-ups | Project management
You'll need to be highly organised, comfortable managing several workstreams simultaneously and confident communicating with multiple internal and external stakeholders. Experience within luxury, premium retail or fashion would be highly advantageous but isn't essential, which is consistent with the client's JD.
