Our client is looking for a Retail Supervisor to join the team, supporting the store management to implement procedures, help plan and execute sales activities, whilst assisting to support the team.

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assist and support in managing & motivating team to increase sales & maximise efficiency
• Assist and support the Store Manager with effective learning & development
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge
• Assist in updating & merchandising to optimize sales, space management & presentation of the product range according to visual guidelines
• Contribute to accurately maintain and develop a computerised customer database
• Carry out direct sales activities & develop ideas for marketing to all our customers
• Deliver a high level of after sales service & care by pro-actively following up on sales orders, deliveries & customer complaints
• Assist in the Security procedures at the store as part of Key holding duties
• Ensure that stock the store cleanliness standards are upheld
• Ensure professional communication is upheld within the team

Minimum Skills and Experience:

• Experience working at a supervisory level
• Previous experience in retail sales
• Excellent communication skills
