As Retail Supervisor, you will support the Store Manager in the day-to-day running of the store, helping to motivate the team, deliver strong commercial results and maintain high retail standards.
You'll play a key role in creating a positive shopping experience while ensuring the store operates efficiently.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Store Manager with the daily running of the store.
- Lead, motivate and support the retail team to achieve sales targets.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a positive shopping experience.
- Maintain high standards of visual merchandising, stock presentation and store operations.
- Support with stock management, deliveries and replenishment.
- Assist with team training, development and performance.
- Take responsibility for the store in the Store Manager's absence.
- Help drive sales, maximise commercial opportunities and achieve KPIs.
- Previous retail supervisory or team leadership experience.
- A passion for customer service and a hands-on approach to retail.
- Confident leading, motivating and supporting a team.
- Commercially aware, with an understanding of retail KPIs and sales performance.
- Organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
- A positive attitude and a willingness to lead by example.
