Are you an experienced Retail Supervisor with a passion for fashion, customer service and supporting a successful team?

We're recruiting for a Retail Supervisor in Livingston for an established fashion and lifestyle retailer. This is a great opportunity to take on a key role within the store, support the management team and help deliver excellent sales performance and customer service.

Offering 30 hours per week, this role would suit an experienced retail supervisor or a strong retail sales assistant looking for more responsibility and the opportunity to develop their management skills.

The Role

As Retail Supervisor, you'll support the management team with the day-to-day running of the store, helping to drive sales, maintain high standards and ensure every customer receives an excellent shopping experience.

You'll be responsible for:

• Supporting the management team in achieving sales targets and retail KPIs

• Supervising and motivating colleagues on the shop floor

• Leading by example to deliver outstanding customer service

• Helping customers with product advice, features, benefits and stock availability

• Supporting team training, coaching and development

• Maintaining excellent visual merchandising and store presentation standards

• Supporting stock replenishment, availability and deliveries

• Processing sales transactions and following company procedures

• Identifying opportunities to increase sales and improve customer satisfaction

• Helping maintain operational standards and a positive team environment

• Supporting the wider management team when required

About You

We're looking for a customer-focused and commercially aware Retail Supervisor who enjoys working with people and helping a store perform at its best.

You'll ideally have:

• Previous experience as a Retail Supervisor, Senior Sales Assistant, Key Holder or Team Leader

• Experience within fashion, lifestyle, clothing, footwear, accessories or premium retail

• A strong focus on customer service and delivering a positive shopping experience

• Good communication skills and the confidence to support and motivate colleagues

• An understanding of sales targets and retail KPIs

• An eye for detail and an appreciation of visual merchandising

• A proactive, hands-on approach to retail

• Good organisational skills and the ability to prioritise in a busy store

• The flexibility to support the needs of the business
